Care that
feels like home

Comfortable, safe and secure homes for the young adults in our care — where specialist support is woven quietly through everyday life.

About Rdential

A whole-team approach to person-centred care

We create comfortable, safe and secure homes where, through a personalised and consistent approach, the people we support develop to their full potential. Activity programmes reflect each person's preferences and choices, so life is enjoyable.

By working together with families and local authorities, we build mutual trust and a deeper understanding of every individual — delivering care that maximises independence and quality of life.

Our values

What guides us

The principles behind every decision we make.

Person-centred

Every person has the right to independence in a safe environment, with freedom of choice, privacy, dignity and respect.

Responsive

We respond to each individual's care and life opportunities, ensuring the best outcomes, choices and empowerment for all.

Exceeding needs

We aim to meet and, where possible, exceed the needs of the people in our care — the premise Haversham House was built on.

Whole team

Working together with families and local authorities to develop trust and a deeper understanding of each individual.

Resolution focused

We overcome the hurdles that inhibit participation, creating opportunities and making the impossible possible.

Full lives

Supporting each person to live as full and active a life as possible, in a way that is never discriminatory.

Our homes

Two homes, one standard of care

Each home offers self-contained living within a warm, shared community.

Regulated care

Our CQC rating

Haversham House is registered with and inspected by the Care Quality Commission, the independent regulator of health and social care in England.

"It should be used as the benchmark of care."
— From a parent

"Haversham provides our son with a safe, warm and caring home where he is happy and thriving. His days are filled with stimulating and appropriate activities, overseen by exceptional staff. Having visited a variety of providers, Haversham far exceeded the general standards."
